Return Policy

Hosting:

Our hosting return policy allows any package to be fully refundable within 10 days of initial purchase. If you pay for your hosting account on a monthly basis, the date of initial purchase is set as the first day of the first month you ordered service from us. For our clients who pay for more than one month at a time, you will be issued a reimbursement check for all full calendar months remaining on your account. We will not issue reimbursement for partial months of service after the initial 10 day grace period.

Design:

All of our design related products have refund policies that vary on a case by case basis. You will be required to sign a contract that details this policy in full before work can begin on the design project. If you have specific question about a refund for a project that we have already begun work on, please refer to your design contract, or contact us at contact@kendallhorton.net.
