Township Trustees

The Township Trustee page serves as a brief bio page for each of the trustees in your township. A photo, text and contact information for each trustee can be accompanied with any other pertinent information. Other township staff can, such as the fiscal officer or support staff can be listed here or on a page of their own.

Departmental Pages

Every department of the township (roads, fire department, zoning, etc.) can have their own page on the site. This makes it easy to share important documents, news, and township updates in a way that is easy to navigate for users of the site.

Meeting Minutes

"Residents that are viewing the calendar can simply click on the date of a trustee meeting and be taken right to the minutes for that meeting."Your township's meeting minutes page can keep your residents informed about what's been going on at your trustee meetings from the comfort of their own homes. Minutes can be published to the website using the software's easy to use administrative back end. Updates are literally as easy as writing an email. Once your minutes have been digitized, the person in charge of updating yourself, either a representative from Kendall Horton, or someone you have designated in house simply logs into the site and creates a new entry under the meeting minutes category.

Minutes are stored on the site's server and can be accessed via the meeting minutes page or from the website calendar. Residents that are viewing the calendar can simply click on the date of a trustee meeting and be taken right to the minutes for that meeting. Minutes can be archived for as long as you like, making it easier for residents to find what they need, without having to contact someone at the township.

The township contact pages act as directory for residents to get in touch with specific people working within the township. Email addresses, phone numbers and mailing addresses itemized by person or department to help residents make accurate connections with township staff without wasting your time or theirs.
